Main Application
1. Used in proton membrane of hydrogen fuel cells.
2. Additive to ink (for inkjet), as it has the function of dispersant and can reduce surface tension.
3. Addition of vinylphosphonic acid polymer can reduce ink viscosity and keep pigments from precipitation.
4. Used in textile industry.
5. Auxiliary for discharge dyes.
6. Polymer made of vinylphosphonic acid and acrylamide can be used in high-viscosity, thixotropic capsules with higher water content and swelling performance. This kind of capsules is super-hydroscopicity hygienic material.
7. Polymer mentioned in 6 is also used in acid-soluble paint and oil well waterproof agent.
8. Copolymer of vinylphosphonic acid is used in electrophoretic coating.
