Application
1,3 PS is functional fine chemical, belongs to new material.
1. It can be an additive to power battery electrolyte. Addition to non-hydrolystate of Li-ion battery can increase the battery’s cycle life and storage stability.
2. It reacts with many kinds of compounds under mild condition, providing accurate sulfonic acid group and thus endowing these compounds with new properties (say, making them hydrophilic, anti-static). It is a superior universal sulfonating agent, also the key material in synthesizing electroplating additive intermediates like PPS, UPS, DPS, MPS, ZPS, POPS, SP.
3. It is an important pharmaceutical intermediate and gets wide application in dyes, brightener, di-ionic surfactant, etc.
